At Skynn’d, we believe every baddie deserves satisfaction — but if your order’s not giving what it was supposed to give, we’ve got your back (kinda).
🔁 Return Eligibility
You can request a return or refund within 7 days of delivery, only if:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item

The return is initiated within the 7-day window and shipped back to us within the timeline provided
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some things are FINAL — no refunds, no exchanges:

Lingerie & innerwear

Accessories (jewelry, bags, etc.)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards

Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, or damage
📦 How to Initiate a Return

Email us at baddiehelp@skynnd.com with:

Order number

Product details

Reason for return

Unboxing video (if the product arrived damaged)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.

You’ll be asked to ship the item back to our warehouse address. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless it’s a mistake on our end.
💰 Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an update on the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method or issued as store credit (based on your preference).
🛑 Refund Abuse Policy
We keep receipts — literally.
Skynn’d reserves the right to refuse refunds, deny returns, and block accounts if we detect:

Excessive or suspicious return behavior

Repeated “missing item” claims without proof

Items returned in tampered/used condition

Use of fake contact details to bypass limits

🔄 Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, return the original, and place a fresh order separately.
