🚚 Shipping Policy

At Skynn’d, we know waiting sucks — so we ship fast, track every move, and keep it all drama-free. Here’s how your slay-worthy order gets to you.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after 6 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During sales or drops, processing may take an extra day or two (fashion’s worth the wait 💅).

🇮🇳 Shipping Within India

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 working days (based on location)

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 working days (available at checkout for select pincodes)

  • Shipping Charges:

    • FREE shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999

    • ₹79 flat rate for orders below ₹999

    • Express shipping charges vary based on location

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD available on select pincodes.

  • COD Charge: ₹50 extra

  • Orders placed with COD are verified via call/SMS — unverified orders may be cancelled.

  • Repeated COD rejections may lead to account restrictions.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. But we’re working on it — stay tuned, global baddies!

🕵️ Tracking Your Order

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • Don’t see it? Check your spam folder or email us at support@skynnd.com.

😞 Delays & Delivery Issues

  • Delivery may be delayed due to bad weather, courier issues, festivals, or political disruptions — beyond our control.

  • If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t reached you, contact us within 48 hours for resolution.

  • Skynn’d is not responsible for:

    • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

    • Delays caused by courier companies

    • Lost packages after marked as delivered

🛑 Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address edits are only possible within 1 hour of placing the order.

  • Once shipped, no changes can be made.

  • To cancel, email baddiehelp@skynnd.com ASAP — we can’t promise, but we’ll try.
