1. 📌 General Terms

• Skynn’d reserves the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time.

• Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

2. 🛍 Product Descriptions & Pricing

• We do our best to display products accurately, but we can’t guarantee colors/textures will appear exactly the same on your device.

3. 💸 Order Placement & COD Policy

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation of COD.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • COD available on select pincodes only.

  • ₹100 extra charge may apply for COD orders.

  • Repeated COD rejections or fake orders will result in account ban and blacklisting.

• Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled after shipping.

4. 🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days.

• Delivery timelines vary by location and courier partners.

• Delays due to strikes, weather, or unforeseen issues are beyond our control.

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

5. 🔁 Returns & Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or wrong.

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after item inspection.

• No returns/refunds on:

  • Lingerie/Intimates

  • Accessories

  • Final Sale items

  • Worn, damaged, or altered items

We love working with creators who match our vibe. If you're reaching out for a collab:

• All collaborations must be pre-approved via email at collabs@skynnd.com

• Free PR packages or paid deals come with deliverables and deadlines.

• Failure to deliver agreed content may result in future ban and blacklist.

• All brand tags, captions, hashtags, and exclusivity clauses will be shared in writing.

Skynn’d reserves the right to repost or reuse influencer-generated content for marketing across platforms.

7. 🔐 Intellectual Property

• All content on this Site — logos, visuals, product names, taglines, design — is the exclusive property of Skynn’d and protected under applicable IP laws.

• Reproduction, redistribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. 👮 Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of our Site or products.

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

9. 📄 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi.

We love when our baddies show off their Skynn’d fits — and we might just repost them.

By tagging us (@skynndwear) or using our hashtags (#SkynndBaddie, #SkynndStyle), you grant Skynn’d:

• A non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, repost, edit, and share your content across our website, social media, emails, ads, and marketing materials.

• Permission to display your handle/username unless specified otherwise.

If you ever want your content removed, just email us at ugc@skynnd.com, and we got you.

P.S. Don’t post offensive, explicit, or fake content with our tag — we’ll block, delete, and report if needed. We play fair, so should you.

11. 💃 Brand Ambassador Terms

Wanna be a face of the Skynn’d fam? Here’s how it works:

• Brand ambassadors are selected based on vibe, style, and consistency.

• Perks may include discount codes, early access to drops, freebies, and shoutouts — based on performance.

• All ambassadors are expected to:

  • Create authentic content featuring Skynn’d products.

  • Follow guidelines provided by our team (caption, tag, timing, etc.).

  • Not promote competing fast fashion brands during active campaigns.

• Failure to meet expectations = removal from the program.
  No hard feelings, just clean slates.

12. 🚫 Refund Abuse Policy

We want returns to be fair — but we’re not here for scams.

We track all return activity. Skynn’d reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel orders, or ban accounts in cases of:

• Excessive return frequency

• Signs of product tampering or wear

• Repeated false claims (e.g. “missing items” when confirmed delivered)

• Using different emails for the same address to bypass limits

We love our real ones, but if you’re tryna game the system — we see you. 👀
