SKYNN'D's return policy gives you an option to request a return or refund within 3 days of delivery, only if:
• You received a damaged, defective, incorrect item.
• The return is initiated within the 3-day window and shipped back to us within the timeline provided.
• Email us at support@skynnd.com (mailto:support@skynnd.com)with:
• Order number
• Product details
• Reason for return
• Unboxing video (if the product arrived damaged)
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours and guide you through the return process.
Our team will arrange the reverse pick-up for your return. Once your request is approved, the product will be picked up from your address within 2–4 working days. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or item, return the original, and place a fresh order separately.

• Unboxing video required for approval.
• 2-3 clear pictures of the product with the tags intact.
• Item must be unused, with tags, and sent back in original packaging.
• Mention the correct size required.
• The return shipment will be arranged and the product will be picked up in 2-4 working days.
2.Size exchange only within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Upon approval, the refund will be issued as a store credit.
4.No exchanges on sale items or SKYNN'D Exclusive pieces.
5.Only one exchange per order allowed.
