RTO stands for Return to Origin, which happens when an order is undelivered and returned to us due to reasons like:

Incorrect/incomplete shipping address

Repeated delivery attempts but no one available

Customer refusal to accept

Unreachable phone number

💸 What Happens When Your Order is RTO?
If a prepaid order is returned to us:

We will contact you once the product comes back.

Re-shipping can be arranged — additional courier charges will apply.

If you wish to cancel instead, we will refund you after deducting:

Forward + Return shipping cost

Payment gateway fee (2.36%)

Any damage or repackaging cost, if applicable

Note: Refunds will be processed only after we physically receive the returned item.
